This is a company site with one form on it. The short version: we keep what you send us so we can reply, and we count page views only if you agree to it.

The contact form

What you type into it — your name, email, company, what you need, your timeline and your description — reaches us as a message. We use it to answer you and to scope the work, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

Your enquiry is stored in our database, which runs on Amazon Web Services in Singapore (ap-southeast-1), encrypted in transit and at rest. Only we can read it — the table is closed to every other kind of access. We keep enquiries while there is any prospect of working together, and delete them on request.

Prefer not to use the form? support@varodax.com reaches exactly the same place.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and the basic interactions around them — how far down the page you scrolled, which buttons and links you pressed — so we can tell which parts of the page do their job. It is off until you accept it: until then no analytics cookie is set, and Google receives only a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, with no identifier that follows you between visits.

Accept and Google Analytics sets its usual cookies (_ga and friends) so a return visit is recognised as the same browser. Either way your answer is kept in one first-party cookie, va_consent, for a year, so you are not asked again. Clearing your cookies brings the question back. There is no advertising, no profiling and no third-party marketing tag on this site.

When you send an enquiry we note whether you had accepted analytics, so a lead can be matched to the visit that produced it. It has no bearing on how your enquiry is treated.

Getting it deleted

Email support@varodax.com and we will delete your enquiry and confirm that it is gone.
